Reno, Nevada I am offering a two session workshop called Holiday Art in Pastels through TMCC Truckee Meadows Community College Community Education Fridays 1pm -4pm, December 6 & 13. We will be creating unique framed art gifts, handmade cards and I will share with you how to create your own wrapping paper all in the technique of "Oil Pastel Smudge". Class fee: $79.
