Jack C. Davis Observatory 10 Year Anniversary

10 years ago I was working on the design and fabrication of the "Wall of Honor" of the Jack C. Davis Observatory, housed in the Observatory lobby on the campus of Western Nevada College in Carson City, NV.

Working closely with the College Foundation and Randy Naylor of the college's Welding and Fabrication Dept. myself, and many students taking classes at the time, worked together to complete this fabulous structure giving recognition to the many donors who helped fund the Jack C. Davis Observatory we are able to enjoy today.

Creativity Show May 4 TMCC/WCSD Reno, NV

Artwork above incorporates the work in Calligraphy & Coloring Between the Lines with Colored Pencils Art Classes I offer and teach with TMCC/WCSD.

Join me on Saturday, May 4th. 10am - 4pm at TMCC/WCSD lst Annual “Creativity Show”. Honoring the Arts & Crafts instructors & their students in a special event displaying the art they have created. Demonstrations will take place, and you are able to meet the instructors, right then - right there, up close!

The "Creativity Show" aims to publicize the Washoe Community Education Arts classes to the area through this free event involving teachers & the pupils they inspire. Light refreshments will be served. COST: Free.
