I have two entries into the 12 x 12 Member Show of Sierra Arts. Both are in what I call my wood, metal and beads collection. Years ago I received a $1000 Professional Artist Grant from Sierra Arts for the over 50 "Gigantic Paper Sculptures" I created in the schools and cultural centers of the Reno, Carson City, Minden and Lake Tahoe area. None currently exist. After all they were only paper. The small metal sculptures are a transition from the sculpted paper designs created in the past. A percentage of the proceeds of the sales go to fund the many fabulous programs Sierra Arts brings to the community. Thank you Sierra-Arts.org
